2. OUR PRODUCTS AND UPCYCLING PROCESS

We specialize in reworking and upcycling pre-loved and second-hand clothing into distinctive, individual pieces. Through creative reconstruction and redesign, we give existing garments a new life.

Because our products are made from previously owned garments, individual items may have unique characteristics, including variations in fabric, colour, stitching, fit, texture, and signs of previous wear. These characteristics may form part of the item's design and identity.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, and condition details. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and device.

3. BRAND AND TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER

Our reworked garments may incorporate genuine second-hand clothing originally produced by third-party brands.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are independently reworked creations and are not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with the original brands whose garments or trademarks may appear on them.

Any brand names, logos, or trademarks are used only where appropriate to identify or describe the original garments. Their appearance does not imply a partnership, authorization, or endorsement by the relevant brand.

Our reworked pieces are not represented as official newly manufactured merchandise from those brands.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All product prices will be displayed on our website in the currency stated at checkout. Where applicable, taxes, delivery charges, and other costs will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, and availability. Changes will not ordinarily affect orders that we have already accepted, except where correction or other action is required by applicable law.

We may offer payment methods such as M-Pesa or other supported payment providers. Orders may be processed after the required payment has been received or confirmed.

Many of our pieces are unique or available in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee its availability until your order is accepted.
